How to press DTF transfers
Press EziBrand DTF transfers at 135-150 °C for 7-10 seconds with medium-firm pressure (30-50 psi), hot peel the film straight away, then post-press for 2-3 seconds. Most cottons and polyester blends are fine at 145 °C for 10 seconds. Pre-press damp fabrics for 3-4 seconds first. Go as hot and as long as the fabric allows: temperature and time both affect how well the print survives washing.

135-150 °C, 7-10 seconds, medium-firm pressure (30-50 psi). Most cottons and polyester blends: 145 °C for 10 seconds, then a 2-3 second post-press.
Before you press
Make sure the garment is clean. Fabrics holding a lot of moisture need a quick 3-4 second pre-press to dry them out, which also improves durability.
Sensitive fabrics
Press heat-sensitive fabrics at a lower temperature and pressure. Be careful though: temperature and time both affect washability, so use the hottest and longest press the fabric can take.
Pressing
Use even pressure across the whole design. Too little pressure is a common cause of transfers lifting after washing.
Peeling
Our film is hot peel: peel the carrier film straight away while it is still hot, in one smooth motion. If an edge lifts, lay it back and press again.
Aftercare
Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out, cool to warm, and avoid ironing directly on the print.
